The smoking room I booked was a huge mistake. It reeked like an old ashtray despite being moved to another. I ended up wishing I'd just lit up outside instead-it would've been way more pleasant!

I stayed at Super Hotel for a quick weekend getaway with my family. We loved the complimentary breakfast, which offered an impressive array of traditional Japanese dishes. The staff were welcoming, and I appreciated the free udon offered at night. The hotel’s convenient location made it easy to access the train station and nearby shops. We took advantage of the no-key entry system and enjoyed a cozy stay in our interconnected rooms, which were comfortable despite being compact.

Multiple things let my stay down. The smoking room I booked totally reeked of stale smoke, and even after switching rooms, it wasn’t much better. The bathrooms were ridiculously small—felt like I was in a closet! Plus, the one elevator was always packed. Definitely not the best experience!

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering free parking, free udon noodles at night, and a delicious breakfast. the interconnected rooms for families were compact but comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had great options for both kids and adults. the only downside was the limited availability of extra pillows when needed. A great stay overall!
